I have booked the cleaning last minute - Ellen was helpful in answering all the questions I had and quickly provided the quote. Cleaning ladies arrived on time and they have done a thorough job! Cleaned everything inside the shelves etc as requested. I was a bit unhappy with how they cleaned the balcony but they have fixed it once I have asked. Thank you for your work!

Big thank you to Bunmi who was a warm soul, and did a good job throughout the house! The bathroom especially was left spick and span. Some small things still needed a clean after she was gone hence the 3 stars , but overall I’m pleased that the house is in a better state than it was 👌

The cleaner Yewande was fantastic (5⭐) but I was disappointed with the company's handling of the task (3⭐) given their steep price. The cleaner was delayed by 1.5 hours and she was lost. The only reason I even managed to contact her after nearly 1 hour of waiting was because I reached out to the company because of the delay and explicitly asked for contact details of the cleaner. I personally went to pick her up from where she was lost and guided her to the house. The company told me "the team" will reach out to the cleaner but neither did they reach out nor did they follow up with me. I missed several work meetings because of this. I want to be clear that the cleaner Yewande did a fantastic job - she was thorough and asked for our assistance when needed. I appreciated her communication and advice but did not appreciate the lack of comms from the company.

I recently hired this company for a deep clean and was very impressed. James was efficient, thorough, and clearly experienced. He paid close attention to areas that are often overlooked, and the overall finish was excellent. Communication before and after the service was smooth and professional. Highly recommended.

Fantastic clean! 👈🏼 this was my original review, with the cleaners stood over me. What I thought was a fantastic clean was less than, I then looked closer and things are missing and Broken. My toilet is now ruined because they’ve scrubbed all the enamel off. when calling to speak with management they don’t return your call.. and to add. One of the ladies (gift) found it acceptable to come into my living space and intervene when I disciplined my child. I was also told that management doesn’t pay them sometimes. 😔

I highly recommend Soluxe - Favour did an amazing job doing our end of tenancy clean, which was left in a poor state by previous tenants. She worked very hard throughout the day and went beyond what was expected. She was also very friendly and took on board all of our comments. Thank you Favour.
