I have booked the cleaning last minute - Ellen was helpful in answering all the questions I had and quickly provided the quote. Cleaning ladies arrived on time and they have done a thorough job! Cleaned everything inside the shelves etc as requested. I was a bit unhappy with how they cleaned the balcony but they have fixed it once I have asked. Thank you for your work!
Big thank you to Bunmi who was a warm soul, and did a good job throughout the house! The bathroom especially was left spick and span. Some small things still needed a clean after she was gone hence the 3 stars , but overall I’m pleased that the house is in a better state than it was 👌
I recently hired this company for a deep clean and was very impressed. James was efficient, thorough, and clearly experienced. He paid close attention to areas that are often overlooked, and the overall finish was excellent. Communication before and after the service was smooth and professional. Highly recommended.
Patience was really friendly, efficient and the house has never been this clean since we moved in! The oven was especially dirty but even that is like new - cheers!
Review of Favour: I am so impressed with the service I received today. Favour performed a deep clean of my home and her attention to detail is unmatched. She worked so well and managed to get through everything in record time without cutting any corners. It is rare to find someone who works with such speed and excellence. The house is sparkling, and the results exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Favour, for your hard work. I’ll definitely be booking again!
I highly recommend Soluxe - Favour did an amazing job doing our end of tenancy clean, which was left in a poor state by previous tenants. She worked very hard throughout the day and went beyond what was expected. She was also very friendly and took on board all of our comments. Thank you Favour.
Amazing service, Quick turn around, smooth process and no issues what so ever. Would 100% recommend and use again
