I chose this company for my end-of-tenancy cleaning based on its excellent reviews, but unfortunately my experience didn’t quite live up to the expectations. After the cleaner left, I found that the shower drain had not been cleaned at all, and the shower hose was still covered in limescale. I was later told that the cleaner couldn’t open the drain, but I had let her know before she started that I would be in the communal area next door if she needed any assistance or had any questions. On the positive side, their customer service was very responsive. Once I raised the issue, they arranged for someone to return and redo the cleaning, which I genuinely appreciated. While I was disappointed with the quality of the initial clean, I do give them credit for handling the complaint promptly and professionally. However, the cleaning still did not meet the professional standard required, according to the inventory report. As a result, I had to arrange and pay for a second cleaner to come on the same day to avoid potential charges from my landlord. I do appreciate that the company later reimbursed me for the cost of the second cleaning, and I thank them for taking responsibility. That said, I’m not convinced the service was worth the price given the amount of stress and inconvenience it caused. I chose a professional end-of-tenancy cleaning service to give myself peace of mind, but unfortunately several areas were missed, including the window frames, the toilet bowl, and a red mark on the floor. Overall, while the company’s customer service was responsive and they did try to put things right, I was disappointed that the initial clean fell short of the standard expected for an end-of-tenancy clean. Update: After I posted this review, the owner reached out to me and offered a full refund. She was very genuine in addressing my concerns, and I truly appreciate the way she handled the situation. I would like to support her business as much as possible, so I have raised my rating by one star.

Great service! Fully cleaned apartment for end of tenancy leave. 2 room one kitchen 1wc 1 bathroom 1 living room 1 storage room. Carpet in all rooms 450£. Efficient, quick and kind. Booked the service 6 days before. Great company

Robert and Sofia did an excellent job completing an end of tenancy clean. It looked brand new when they were finished, and they made sure we were happy with the quality before leaving. Would definitely recommend!

I book top cleaning for an end of tenancy clean and i was really impressed with the final clean. Robert and Sofia were excellent- the attention to detail they carried out was pure perfection. They recovered some of my personal belongings from under some furniture which I had forgotten about and they kept this neatly aside for me which was so honest and professional of them. I highly recommend them both, they truly went over and beyond to get my flat ready to hand back to the estate agents.
