Its teams and their activities are covered by insurance. It cleans all types and sizes of ovens, BBQs and extractors including brands such as Rayburn, Smeg, AGA, Alpha, Neff, Stanley, Range Master, SUB, Whirpool and Zero Wolf. It uses a Dip Tank cleaning system and Steam Cleaning Machine and brings its own equipment and cleaning materials.

Oven cleaning is the service at the heart of the feedback for Specialist Oven Cleaners, and the transformation of the appliance is the note that sounds most often. Customers whose cookers include a Neff model describe years of accumulated grease and burnt-on residue being cleared away entirely, leaving the oven looking as good as new. A technician called Niki is named for being professional and efficient, while the broader pattern in the accounts is of an operative arriving when arranged and talking through the method before any work begins.

Attention to detail features frequently: the inside and the outside of the appliance are both left spotless, and several reviewers remark that no chemical odour lingers once the job is done. Charges are felt to be reasonable for the standard achieved. Clear communication runs from the first enquiry to completion, and the manner of the staff is described as friendly and systematic. Booking again is a common thread, with repeat business and personal recommendations mentioned. The complete removal of long-standing deposits and the absence of any lasting smell are the outcomes that recur most consistently.
