Cleaning Motion

Cleaning Motion began operating in the cleaning industry in 2004, initially focusing on commercial and construction cleaning in the Durham area. By 2007, the agency had two divisions: one for commercial and one for domestic services. The domestic division served clients including Premier League footballers in the Wynyard Area, Durham university lecturers, student accommodation, and family houses across the North East. The commercial division mainly served housing developers such as Keepmoat Homes, cleaning brand new properties and all types of construction cleaning. In 2008, the credit crunch affected the company's construction and commercial clients and part of the domestic sector.

The company continued in the industry under a different brand now called Cleaning Motion. The company has over 10 years of experience in the North East and is fully insured, offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It provides domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, holiday lettings cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning in Newcastle, spring clean / one-off clean in Newcastle, and office cleaning in Newcastle. The team are all fully insured and trained, arrive uniformed and well presented, and the company assigns a specific cleaner for each property or job, using pet-friendly cleaners. The company has many locations around Newcastle.

An immaculate finish is the theme that runs through accounts of Cleaning Motion's work, with end of tenancy deep cleans, spring cleans of flats and full houses recurring most often. Customers writing about their orders describe dust, cat hair and years of accumulated grime in long-occupied apartments being dealt with so effectively that the properties looked brand new afterwards. The professionalism of the staff is a point that comes up often, with the team described as courteous, hard-working and genuinely friendly, and Henry named repeatedly as approachable and kind, credited with returning the following morning to clean a concealed storage hatch that had been missed once payment had already been made in full.

Communication draws praise both before and after the job, from swift booking and quick answers to website enquiries through to clear dealings on the day itself. Reviews regularly refer to punctuality and the speed with which larger cleans were completed, together with tidy working and competitive rates that customers regard as good value. Flexibility is another recurring strand, as last-minute bookings were accommodated efficiently, and the team's evident pride in its work shows in the standard left behind.
