Oven, carpet, rug and mattress cleaning sit at the heart of what reviewers discuss, alongside deep cleaning and sanitising for flats and homes around Newcastle upon Tyne. A theme that comes up often is the consistently high standard of the finished result, with several customers describing items they had written off being returned to a condition close to new. Named staff feature prominently: Callum is repeatedly praised for carpet work, including reviving a carpet damaged during a new puppy's toilet training, while Libby and Lisa receive credit for oven cleaning and for a sensitive deep clean following a bereavement.

Will and Michelle are likewise highlighted for kindness and tireless effort on one-off deep cleaning jobs. Communication and reliability come across strongly, with the process from first enquiry to completion described as straightforward and well organised, and the office side singled out for its efficiency. Reviewers also mention tidiness, a cheerful manner and teams who handled difficult circumstances with understanding and practical help. Praise recurs for work that surpassed expectations and for a service customers would gladly use again, whether for carpet, upholstery, oven or whole-property cleaning.
