OvenGleamers North Tyneside

OvenGleamers North Tyneside is part of OvenGleamers, which was established in 2004 and is a registered trade mark. The legal entity is The Oven Gleam Team Ltd, and the trading names OvenGleam™ and AGAGleam™ have been used since 2004. The North Tyneside branch is owned by Richard Humphris, who completed the OvenGleamers Training Course. It serves Tynemouth and surrounding areas of North Tyneside.

The company uses eco-friendly, fume-free products that are safe for families and pets. Technicians are professionally trained and insured. OvenGleamers cleans ovens, range cookers, AGAs, Everhots, hobs, extractors and BBQs. A satisfaction guarantee is offered on every clean. Safe electrically heated dip tanks are used in vans outside the property. OvenGleamers started with Graham Rogers operating one van in 2004.

Carbon and grease built up over years are described by reviewers as being stripped away from oven roofs, doors and grills, with hobs and extractor hoods also tackled during visits. Richard is the member of staff named most often, and his punctuality, courtesy and methodical approach are recurring points of praise, along with the tidy state in which the kitchen is left. Work covers single and double ovens, range cookers, microwaves and a Smeg model, and the results are repeatedly described as looking like new, with one customer noting that a grill and gas hobs functioned better afterwards.

Advice on upkeep and replacement parts features in feedback, as does a return visit to fit a screw after a previous cleaner had damaged the fitting, and a landlord preparing a property for rental credits the service with avoiding the expense of a new appliance. Regular annual bookings follow initial deep cleans, and communication before and after each appointment is mentioned alongside care taken with surrounding surfaces. Accounts come from homeowners and from landlords, pointing to consistent outcomes across domestic and rental properties and to a service that customers choose to repeat.
