Happy Cleaning - Deep regular carpet commercial, ovens Cleaning r Newcastle upon Tyne

Having had a tenant ‘do a runner’ from a property, I had to have a house clearance company empty the contents. I then got 4 quotes for an End of Tenancy deep clean of the property. I went for HAPPY CLEANING because they were the cheapest. Others were wanting 2-3 times more money?! Well…… the standard and professional job that was completed was exceptional!! I was more than happy with the end result and believe me, the property was dirty. 10/10 and 5* to the lovely lady that attended and completed the clean! Would certainly recommend!!

Terrible. Arrived late, trying to bill me for more hours than they worked, asking to be paid for the drive to the property even though it was never part of the pre-agreed price. Had to pull her back to the bathroom she had supposedly cleaned 3 times, to show dirt she’d missed that could be lifted with a tissue, to which her response was “we cannot clean everything”!?!? What on earth am I paying you for then. Paid them early and asked to leave so I can finish the job properly myself. They are not professional cleaners, avoid, the cheap price they advertise is a trap.
