Urban End of Tenancy cleaning

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing service! We had a bit of a nightmare with our removals, meaning the flat was full of our belongings when the cleaners arrived. Despite this, they were so understanding and reassuring, telling us it was absolutely no issue. We helped move the boxes around as they cleaned, and they worked around everything without any complaints. They have done such an incredible job and have left our new flat absolutely spotless! Everything looks and feels so fresh and clean, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you so much for being so accommodating, friendly and professional, especially when things didn’t go quite to plan. I would strongly advise against booking this company for an end of tenancy clean. I spoke to Kevin on Tuesday, confirmed all the details of the property, agreed on the price, and made the booking. I specifically asked him to make sure that only professional cleaners would be sent because this was an end of tenancy clean. Kevin assured me that all their cleaners were professionals. The night before the appointment, I received a message from the cleaner asking for details about the property. I replied that I had already provided all the information to Kevin and asked him to speak to Kevin directly, as I was extremely busy with my move. On the day of the booking, the cleaner, Harman, arrived alone. Instead of starting the job, he immediately began complaining that the property was too dusty, the kitchen was too greasy, and said he usually cleaned houses for “British people” where he didn’t see this kind of dirt. He then said he was not confident about doing the job and refused to provide any guarantee for the cleaning. This completely contradicted the company’s advertised 7-day cleaning guarantee. If they had concerns about the condition of the property, they should have requested photos or videos beforehand or arranged an inspection before accepting the booking. None of this happened. To make matters worse, Harman spent around 45 minutes at the property without starting any work. He kept saying, “I don’t think so” and “I don’t know,” while speaking on the phone instead of communicating with me. A second cleaner only arrived about 45 minutes later, but by then no work had even begun. I remained polite throughout, but they later claimed that I had been rude, which is completely untrue. I was simply asking for the service that had been promised and for clarification about why they were refusing to honour the guarantee. When I called Kevin to resolve the situation, he told me there were no other cleaners available, leaving me stranded on the day of my end of tenancy clean. Overall, this was an extremely stressful and unprofessional experience. The company appears to outsource its cleaners, there is poor communication between staff, and the guarantees they advertise were not honoured. They wasted my time on one of the most important days of my move. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable end of tenancy cleaning service.

I was able to book an end of tenancy cleaning with a carpet steam clean on very short notice. The cleaners we were friendly and very efficient, they completed the clean with lots of time to spare. They did a good job and the price was much cheaper than other quotes I got.

Really reasonably priced for a tenancy clean given the quality and other quotes I received for the move. Team was really communicative throughout. Sudip and his team did a great job!
