Perfect Cleaning

The cleaners cleaned an oven tray and thought it was a good idea to pour the greasy water down the kitchen sink. They left the sink blocked with brown, greasy water coming up through the washing machine. They left and then just texted us that the sink and machine were blocked. As it was our last day we had to call an emergency plumber to fix the issue costing us an extra £200+. Also texted to say they couldnt remove a patch of limescale on bathroom tiles and they could only mop it.

Booked an end of tenancy cleaning services with them and it was really easy. The team did an amazing job at cleaning our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment! Thoroughly impressed with how they cleaned the kitchen and the bathrooms! It is a big apartment so it is to be expected that some nooks and crannies were overlooked but it’s minor, honestly. The price also isn’t that bad as well, was expecting something more expensive considering the size of this house. Thank you so much!

The clean itself was good, however damage was caused to the property. Immediately after the cleaners visited, the toilet started leaking every time it was flushed, spilling water across the bathroom floor. I lived in the property for 18 months and never had this issue once. The fact that it happened straight after the cleaning visit is far too much of a coincidence. Perfect Cleaning have refused to take any responsibility or properly address the issue. Accidents happen, but they've handled it quite poorly. Good cleaning, poor accountability. I definitely wouldn't use them again.

I hired this company for an end-of-tenancy clean, and they were sooo good. Two staff members arrived, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. They were quick to respond and very helpful throughout. I’m really satisfied with their service!

From start to finish, their service has been exceptional. I booked them for an end of tenancy cleaning and there was excellent communication from both the customer service team and the cleaner. He also went above and beyond on the balcony. My only regret is not using them before for weekly cleanings. I cannot recommend them more!

Today I had Perfect Clean in to complete an end of tenancy clean. I’m pleased to say they did an outstanding job ! This job was for a 1 bedroom flat including a sofa clean. I wasn’t present on the property but had arranged for a key collection and return which was carried out as requested. Also requested photos to be sent which was done promptly.
