The experience I had today was exceptional . The couple were there nearly 8 hours and worked so hard to clean a very dirty house, where my mother had lived and sadly passed away . All I know is they were from Brazil . A great clean and would highly recommend your services

*Update* to the review below following a response from CMH stating clean was completed in the agreed time. No time frame was stipulated or agreed so reply is incorrect. I advised the company which areas required cleaning and at no point did they indicate this could not be achieved. Sadly more disapointed with the company following what feels like a standard response. Asked for a deep clean and paid £280 though this reflected 3 hours of work only. I have found areas that weren't covered that I would have expected. This was not due to the lack of effort from the cleaners - what they did do was to a high standard. However they finished at 18:00 after having a busy morning (arriving late to me) and going to another house straight after. I didn't feel that I could raise the missed ereas as I really don't think it was their fault. I believe they have not been afforded the time to do the job. In hind sight I should have booked a normal 3 hr clean. £280 is very expensive for the service received. Again the cleaners were respectful and hard working and I worry about their working conditions.

Contacted CMH Cleaning Services to enquire about an end of tenancy 2 bedroom flat. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. When I needed to change the date of cleaning job, they were very accommodating. The cleaning the flat made it sparkle and CMH did an amazing job. I will be using this service again in my new flat. Booked well in advance for end of tenancy deep clean, 2 days before clean was due I noticed I had asked for July and not June, contacted CMH and sorted instantly. The cleaners were polite and got straight to the task in hand. 5 or 6 hours later the house was spotless. Oven fridge everything I couldn’t have been more impressed. As for the ex landlord and agents, just because I didn’t use one of the companies they suggested at double the price I paid CMH they still haven’t paid the deposit money back and weren’t happy and still not happy and want to hold back £504 of my deposit even though new tenants are already in. Couldn’t have been more happy with the CMH team. We hired them for a deep clean when we moved into a new house and it was fantastic. Very clear communication before, really helpful - the team were extremely thorough and I was really very impressed. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again

I was very impressed with the work done and the quality of the cleaning! I booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning and was pleasantly surprised. A real deep clean was done! Every room and corner was cleaned carefully. I was truly impressed by the quality of the cleaning. I recommend them 100%. Communication was also easy and straightforward.
