Carpets, rugs and hard floors returning to a like-new condition is the theme that runs through the feedback for XL Cleaners in Liverpool. Billy is named in the majority of accounts, and a handful of customers describe him as reliable and punctual, arriving when arranged and working efficiently with a van-mounted machine that supplies its own power and water. More than one review highlights the thoroughness of the work on carpets, sofas, suites and Amtico or Karndean flooring, with stains that had resisted household efforts being removed and the finish described as looking new again.

Something that features in review after review is how clean and tidy the property is left afterwards, and clients note that the same standard applies whether the job is a single carpet, a shaggy rug or an entire downstairs floor. Billy is also described as friendly and knowledgeable, taking pride in the result and extending the life of good carpet through regular cleaning. Long-standing customers return over many years and pass his details to friends, with short-notice visits handled without fuss and upholstery cleaned to the same high standard as the floors.
