Connors Carpet Cleaning

Connors Carpet Cleaning is a family-run business based in Liverpool, headed by Connor. The company is fully insured and offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It manufactures and distributes its own cleaning solutions. The company serves domestic and commercial clients across Liverpool and surrounding areas, with coverage including Liverpool, Widnes, St Helens, Warrington, Ormskirk, Burscough, Maghull, Hightown, Crosby, Formby and the Wirral.

For commercial carpet cleans, the company is available across the whole of the North West. It uses cleaning products and machines that produce steam for deep cleaning. Its main services include carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, stain and odour removal, and hard floor cleaning.

Stairs, landings, full rooms, rugs and even the floor of a busy play cafe have all been transformed, with reviewers consistently highlighting how carpets are brought back to a near-new condition after years of wear from children and pets. Customers writing about their orders describe stubborn stains being lifted, a fresh scent left behind, and carpets that were only slightly damp once Connor finished, while the speed of the work is noted often, including one staircase completed in roughly an hour. Punctuality, politeness and professionalism recur throughout the feedback, and one account mentions that a breakdown earlier in the day did not prevent him from arriving as arranged.

Making a booking is repeatedly called straightforward, and the pricing is described as reasonable and good value for the results achieved. The deep clean of the commercial play cafe floor led to an annual arrangement, and similar care is reported in domestic settings, including a property cleaned before a move so that it felt brand new. Manners, evident pride in the work and sound knowledge of the trade are mentioned alongside the finished results, with customers stating they would call on the service again and pass the details to others.
