Upholstery and carpet cleaning is the recurring theme in feedback for this Liverpool company, with reviewers repeatedly noting the transformation of sofas, armchairs and dining chairs that had been written off. Mo is named often as the technician who attends, and customers describe him as personable and knowledgeable, taking time to explain the process before starting. Pet accidents are a common subject: cat urine odour and staining in sofas, and food and milk ground into carpets, are said to be removed completely, with the cleaned items smelling fresh afterwards.

Several reviewers mention that suites they expected to replace came up looking new, including black marks that earlier cleaning had failed to shift, and grease on dining chairs and a bench. Work is described as prompt, with quotes issued quickly and jobs sometimes completed the next day, and the company operates around the clock from its base at Basecamp on Jamaica Street. Stairs, landings and living room carpets feature alongside upholstery in the accounts, and one customer notes that William was pleasant to have in the home. Advice on caring for the cleaned items is mentioned, and the outcomes reported are consistently thorough.
