Always reliable and professional

The service used to be good but the past couple of months the cleaner just sprays some water on the windows, doesn't scrub and leaves in under 5 minutes. Bear in mind this is a 3 story house. Looking to find a different cleaning company if this doesn't improve.

Got my gutters cleaned by them, very quick to respond to my email inquiry and had me booked in and cleaned within a week. Excellent job, done within 20 minutes, and cheaper than any other people I contacted. Would 100% recommend them!

Often a good clean depending on who turned up. More recently told me they couldn't find my address, missed a clean and did a very poor clean. Variable standards! I owed £28 and received a misspelt text threatening me with court action at 8.30 at night. At that point I cancelled the service, very unprofessional.

We booked them in for a date we would be home as they need letting in the gain access to the rear windows. They cancelled on us a few days prior and told us they would be in touch to arrange a new date. Never heard back from them. Then about a week later they turned up unannounced early on a Saturday morning when we were in bed enjoying our only lie in!! The quote we received for the gutter cleaning was more than double that a local company quoted so we tried calling to say we would not be needing their services again. We could never get through so we replied to the text they had sent us saying we won't be using them. Then they have still turned up while we were out and cleaned the front half of our house only and put an invoice through for £7.50 for 4 Windows! I cannot get through to complain.
