J&E window cleaning services

J&E Window Cleaning Services is a Sheffield-based company that serves both commercial and domestic properties in Sheffield and the surrounding areas. It offers traditional and water fed pole window cleaning. The company cleans windows, frames, sills, and doors with water fed pole.

It also provides gutter cleaning, conservatory cleaning, conservatory roof cleaning, and solar panel cleaning. The water fed pole system is used to reach high and hard-to-reach areas. The company's team handles all types of properties including high-rise. Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or direct debit through Go Cardless.

Window cleaning forms the core of the work described by customers of this Sheffield-based firm, with uPVC doors, frames, soffits, fascias and gutters also appearing regularly in accounts of completed jobs. Jordan is named repeatedly as the main point of contact, and reviewers highlight how easy it is to reach him and how quickly he responds, from the first quote through to any follow-up.

Punctuality comes up again and again: teams are described as turning up when arranged, sometimes ahead of schedule, and one customer notes that a job was slotted in the very next day. The standard of the finished result draws frequent praise, with glass and frames described as sparkling and thorough attention paid to awkward or hard-to-reach areas, including gutters on a three-storey property. Reviewers often remark on the friendly and professional manner of the staff on site, alongside careful, tidy working that leaves everything as it was found.

Pricing is described as competitive and clear, and customers mention the value of seeing before-and-after photographs of gutter work. Several accounts note that when a small issue arose with stubborn residue, it was sorted out promptly and to the customer's satisfaction. Kindness to pets and a willingness to help a local Scout group also feature among the experiences described.
