I have works closely with PCC over a few years, and they have been nothing but delightful, consistent, and have impeccable cleaning standards. When asking PCC to attend to a clean, I can trust in them to return the apartment to a great standard. Great team to work with, highly recommend to all.

I had a few cleans with the company with no issues until the last one. I booked a 3 bedroom clean and paid for that only to have one bedroom cleaned. This isn't the main issue and reason for the one star, it's the response and attitude of manager. Ben was very condescending and dismissive. Saying they have been doing this for 8 years with no issues is not justification for why a clean was not completed. It wasn't clear prior to the booking that there is time limitation. I also disagree the flat needed that time to be cleaned As I said, it's not the incomplete job that frustrated me, it's the attitude

Great company to deal with and the cleaners are brilliant. I gave a full brief for what was needed at work and it is delivered with no issues. I highly recommend!

PCC have been an absolute dream to work with - the general standards of our cleaning has drastically improved, with the on-site team being so much better organised and directed, lead by Ben & David. Communication is great - the guys check in with us regularly, are always available to assist and keep on top of any ad hoc issues that arise as we go. In my experience cleaning companies have often been a bit of a headache to deal with, but PCC really made such a positive difference at Kampus. Couldn't recommend enough!
