Booked Platinum 5 for end of tenancy clean on 22nd August, paid £314 upfront. They confirmed but kept delaying the time, then stopped responding to calls. Drove an hour back at 23:30 to find keys untouched and nothing cleaned. New tenant arriving next morning meant I had to clean the entire flat myself overnight while my father was recovering from major surgery. Company blamed an employee but never contacted me. If I hadn't checked, the landlord would have found it dirty. They charged £314 for services competitors quoted at £190, then delivered absolutely nothing. After months of ignored refund requests, I had to take legal action to recover my money. No response until a bailiff warrant was issued - then suddenly contacted me on the deadline day. TL;DR: this company took payment upfront, failed to deliver, then ignored refund requests for months. Completely untrustworthy.

Pathetic services. All good reviews are paid . I'm so sure. A big big scan and fraud . They give you false information, take money and then don't respond to any calls or messages. I booked a end of tenancy/deep clean , paid 200. Pounds. Two persons came , had no special equipment ( contrary to mentioned in the initial conversation) . Just cleaned with simple soap water and vacuum the carpet. No steam cleaning, no disinfection, no odour removal. Nothing. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. A big big FRAUD. Beware !!!
