Kevin Shaw is the Managing Director. Jen manages Homeclean in the Manchester area. Homeclean has been offering clients a service for more than 30 years. It has numerous offices around the country and thousands of cleaners, and operates around the world with multiple international offices. 95% of new clients approach through recommendations.

Cleaners are experienced, personally interviewed, and reference and fidelity checked; references from cleaning work are verified by calling the referee. Homeclean offers domestic, commercial, and retail cleaning services, and an ironing service. The Manchester office opened after regional offices opened in the North of England.

Manchester customers of Homeclean Manchester repeatedly highlight the professionalism and reliability of the cleaning teams, with named staff such as Fred, Lateef and Deborah singled out for their thoroughness and friendly manner. Several reviewers describe the quality of the clean as exceeding expectations, noting attention to detail and a willingness to revisit areas that were not initially satisfactory. The coordination behind each visit also comes in for praise, with clients mentioning follow-up calls to confirm that a cleaner has arrived and to check on satisfaction, a level of communication that gives confidence whether someone is at home or not.

Booking is described as straightforward, and the rates are regarded as fair value, particularly on longer plans. For those letting property, the company handles changeovers, laundry and guest correspondence as part of a managed arrangement. Consistency stands out, and when a regular cleaner is unwell, a replacement is found promptly. A point that arises often is how punctual and personable the cleaners are, working methodically through every room. Repeat visits and long-running weekly or fortnightly schedules feature across the feedback, and one customer remarks on the small touches that make the service feel considered.
