Reached out to T Bryant for a quote. Left a message. Tommy called me back the same day offering to walk through the job and provide a quote. He was willing to work my job into the schedule quickly at a good price (especially given our house had just been repointed), did a great job and is a really nice guy to boot. Definitely recommend.
Tommy really went above and beyond responding immediately to my call requesting a clean of my windows several of which are very tricky to clean properly. In fact, I can honestly say that I have never seen my windows so clean in the twenty years I’ve lived in my flat on the edge of Edinburgh’s New Town. I needed the job done quickly as I’m putting my flat on the market, and they are gleaming to perfection! There wasn’t a word of complaint despite the tricky floor length windows and Tommy cleaned both inside and out, always with a cheery smile, and decent chat! Great service from T Bryant! Professional, punctual, friendly. He did an excellent job and our sash windows look spotless.
