Window and gutter cleaning across Edinburgh forms the core of the work described by reviewers, with several customers mentioning that frames and glass are cleaned to a high standard even on upper floors of tenement flats. A theme running through the feedback is reliability: scheduled visits are kept, customers receive advance notice by text or email to close windows and leave access open, and the payment set-up is described as streamlined and hassle-free. The thoroughness of the result is repeatedly praised, including first cleans after moving into a dirty property and the tops of frames that householders had struggled to reach themselves.

Callum, named in one account as part of the brother-run team, is described as polite, hard-working and cheerful, while the small local character of the firm is valued by long-standing clients who have used it for several years. Interior and exterior window work, pressure washing and gutter cleaning appear among the services customers have booked. The absence of any need to be at home during visits is highlighted, with the crew working from the ground and leaving windows gleaming each time.
