Edinburgh customers repeatedly highlight the standard of finish achieved by Edinburgh Window Cleaning Services, with reviewers describing windows left spotless, streak free and properly dried without scum marks, including inside and out for flats being prepared for sale. Punctuality and communication come up often: contact is answered straight away, quotes are provided quickly and visits are arranged within days, sometimes at short notice, with Tom, Mark and other named staff arriving when they said they would and working efficiently even through adverse conditions.

Several reviewers describe the pricing as fair and reasonable for the work involved, particularly for city centre properties. The team is portrayed as friendly, considerate and professional, taking real pride in the job, and reviewers mention that difficult or high-level windows, such as those on upper floors, were handled without fuss. Repeat business is a common theme, with customers stating they have not used another window cleaner since moving to the area and intend to book again, while the courtesy shown when one job needed redoing after a storm is singled out as especially kind. Gutter cleaning and pressure washing also appear among the services undertaken.
