RHC Cleaning Services, operating from Union House on New Union Street in Coventry, provides carpet, upholstery and window cleaning alongside general domestic work. Customers repeatedly highlight the ease of arranging appointments and paying online, and the team is described as quick to answer queries. A recurring point is communication during jobs, with a landlord noting that progress was shared through WhatsApp photographs and that no supervision was required, an arrangement described as hassle-free. Trustworthiness features in the same feedback, together with satisfaction at the standard achieved in a rental property.

Carpet cleaning draws particular praise, with results said to look neat and freshly laid. Professional conduct and overall quality are also mentioned, and several reviewers state they would use the service again. The convenience of booking and paying online stands out, while responsiveness comes up more than once. The company's opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm every day of the week, including weekends, which may suit landlords and tenants seeking flexible appointment times. All work is arranged through the Coventry base, and the business continues to cover carpet, upholstery and window cleaning as well as general domestic cleaning.
