4th June 25. Gary from GR Oven Cleaning did an excellent job on an oven and hob that had been left heavily soiled by a tenant. Very polite and tidy service. Would recommend this business.

Ended up having to pay more because he had misquoted me. Said he couldnt clean the door on my hide and slide oven and left a mess on the floor and on my sink. Disappointed

Oven clean was fine. However, my floor was left a mess, even after asking if anything was needed he happily helped himself into my cupboards to use our drinking cup and spoons for a solution which he left lying around, which I don’t feel comfortable with someone I don’t know roaming around in my kitchen cabinets. Left my kitchen cabinets not just by the oven but by the other side of my kitchen under my sink with black dirt as well as my sink. Not too sure why it was felt necessary to help himself into my cupboards even though I was there asking if anything was needed. Also moved my daughters formula over and put equipment next to where her feeding machine was without asking. I have had to throw her formula away as I keep her formula sterile and the container. I have had oven cleans done by other professionals before and never has my house been left in such a state. I’ve had to mop my floors and anti bac spray down all of the surfaces and cabinets because of the mess left. Not what you want when you are paying for a clean.
