Keen 2 Clean Coventry Ltd

Keen 2 Clean Coventry Ltd is a cleaning company operating under the name Keen 2 Clean Ltd. It offers home cleaning and oven cleaning services. The company provides fortnightly cleaning.

Cooker restoration is the specialism that emerges most clearly from feedback on this Coventry company, with customers describing ovens brought back from states they believed hopeless, among them an inherited double oven that had suffered years of neglect. Diane is the member of staff named most often, characterised as friendly, professional and polite, and credited with making the process straightforward from the first contact through to completion. Punctual arrival and meticulous attention to detail are mentioned in numerous accounts, as is the practice of leaving surrounding surfaces clean once the appliance itself has been dealt with.

Reviewers note that quotes came in below others they had gathered locally, and that the finished result justified the cost. Repeat custom is a recurring theme, with the same operative trusted to return for further work. The dramatic improvement of heavily soiled cookers, to the point where they appeared new, is a point that comes up often, alongside courteous treatment of customers and clear communication throughout. Even the sides of appliances were tidied in some instances, a gesture reviewers did not expect but appreciated, reflecting a thoroughness that runs beyond the immediate task.
