Its four-step working process comprises booking, inspection and pre-clean, deep cleaning, and final touch and follow-up. The company is currently hiring professional cleaners.

Households across Leicester booking carpet and sofa cleaning describe carpets and sofas emerging refreshed, with reviewers repeatedly highlighting how old staining gives way to a near-new appearance. Professionalism and courtesy recur throughout accounts, from the first enquiry to the final inspection, and customers often mention the care taken to shield furniture and belongings while work proceeds. Punctuality stands out, including an early arrival and a job accepted on short notice, alongside thorough vacuuming and the use of suitable products.

Several reviewers single out the complimentary deodorising treatment as an unexpected extra, and one notes a sofa cleaned beyond the agreed scope. Cleaning after plaster skimming is mentioned as quick and tidy, with a bedroom house and three-piece suite handled in the same visit. Extra knowledge of tile and upholstery cleaning surfaces too. Repeat bookings and recommendations are common, and the friendliness of the team leaves a lasting impression from start to finish.
