1stClass Carpet Cleaners

1stClass Carpet Cleaners is a carpet and upholstery cleaning company run by Brett Coburn and Andrew Shelton. It serves Leicester, Leicestershire and the East Midlands. Two professional carpet cleaners service each property. The company is fully insured with public liability cover up to £5,000,000. It is a Google trusted partner and Google guaranteed, and is listed on Checkatrade.

It has won an award for being voted the best carpet cleaning company in Leicestershire. It uses a 7-stage proven secret method for deep cleaning. Services include carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, carpet repair, upholstery and sofa cleaning, leather sofa and chair cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, mattress cleaning, fogging and sanitise service, flea treatment, carpet moth treatment, and stain protection.

Households in Leicester seeking carpet and upholstery cleaning describe a service built around punctuality and thorough results. Brett is named repeatedly, with customers highlighting his polite manner, product knowledge and respect for their homes. Several accounts mention that sofas, rugs and fitted carpets in halls, stairs, landings, lounges and bedrooms were left looking new, following a deep clean that reached tough areas, with furniture moved and replaced. A recurring theme is the fast drying time: carpets were only damp rather than wet and had dried within hours, which mattered to one family preparing for a relative's return from hospital.

Quotes were honoured and costs described as reasonable, and the team accommodated urgent work at short notice. Communication comes across as straightforward, from calls answered promptly to follow-up visits booked on the spot. Tidiness features as well, with rooms left spotless once the work finished. Reviewers also note the wood floor refinishing service alongside carpet and sofa cleaning, and the same customers book again and pass the details to friends and neighbours.
