SJS were able to fit us in last minute on a Sunday morning. Zubair was very courteous and got on with the job at hand. The carpets were very thoroughly cleaned and look brand new. Would highly recommend.
We would highly recommend this service. First we spoke too Stuart, he had an amazing knowledge of cleaning carpets and explained to us how they were cleaned. This part was very technical and whilst I didn't understand it all, it sounded convincing. We managed to arrange an appointment quickly which we appreciated as we had just moved into a new home. Our first appointment had to change, but the communication to let us know and rearrange another appointment was very prompt. Secondly. Zubair came to clean our carpets and appeared to do a very thorough job, we left the house in the morning and came back to clean carpets and a clean rug too. Thank you SJS.
I want to highly recommend the cleaning service provided by Jon and SJS Carpet Cleaners. They were polite, friendly and professional while completely removing a dark coffee stain from our carpet. We won’t hesitate to call them again if needed. Many thanks!
Highly recommend this company. Jon came out as promised early today to look at our sofa bed. We had attempted to clean some minor stains using a fabric spray which only made things worse. After an inconspicuous fabric test, Jon vacuumed the sofa and then steam cleaned it. It has really come up well considering the water staining we had caused and also the fact that the sofa is yellow so not the easiest colour to clean. Jon is a really nice chap and very respectful of our property. Thanks so much for reinvigorating our sofa bed.
Disappointing and let down 😔 Relative booked appointment for carpet cleaning 2/3 weeks prior following GP advice re health issues. We arranged to be present to move furniture for elderly relatives despite 160 mile round trip for us. Day before appt, call received by relative asking to change appt due to a better, more lucrative job coming in. Sadly we were unable to change the day. On the day of the 8am appt, 15 mins before, a call was received saying operative unwell and appt cancelled. We left home at 0545 to meet carpet cleaners for 8am. Book at your peril - not terribly reliable. Can’t speak for carpet cleaning ability. But, grateful that the appt was cancelled as our relative saved over £200. We hired a carpet cleaner for just £27 from a local supplier and did it ourselves-well we needed to justify our 4.5hr round trip somehow 😕.
Excellent next day service as our sofa delivery was pushed forward and we needed carpet cleaned. Contacted SJS and they were able to come out the next day. Jonathan was very courteous and got on with the job at hand. The carpet came out great and rooms smells lovely. Would highly recommend.
