They are NCCA members trained in Professional Carpet & Upholstery cleaning methods, FITA trained in Dustless Wood Floor Sanding, and have Prochem training in upholstery cleaning. They are also GBAC accredited in Bio-Hazard remediation, IICRC Flood restoration & Odour Control technicians, and trained in Carpet Repair. Green Man provides carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning, stone floor cleaning and wood floor sanding. Its service area includes Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Frome, Gloucester, Oxfordshire, Somerset and Weston-Super-Mare.

Rental properties, family homes and premises recovering from mishaps recur in accounts of this Bristol firm, whose teams are described as rescuing carpets and upholstery that owners had thought beyond saving. Several customers mention stains caused by hairdryer burns, cat damage, flood water and years of wear being lifted successfully, leaving sofas and carpets smelling fresh and looking renewed. Technicians including Elijah, John, Pete and Levi are consistently described as punctual, courteous and willing to explain each stage before work begins, with arrival times confirmed by text.

More than one review highlights the care taken with furniture and floors, the tidiness left behind and the condition of the equipment brought to the job. A preference for repairing rather than replacing comes up often, with a landlord noting the finish achieved on a burnt carpet for far less than the cost of a new one. Upholstery cleaning, carpet restoration and wood floor refinishing stand out as the services customers value most, and the same names appear across accounts of thorough stain removal and considerate, professional behaviour in the home. The firm's approach to water damage and floor refinishing also attracts praise for restoring surfaces that had seemed permanently marked.
