Apex Specialist Cleaning (Bristol)

Apex Specialist Cleaning Ltd was launched in July 2024. The business is family-run, founded by Nick and his two daughters, Claudia and Alice. Claudia Linton-Butt is a Director, and Alice Mahuika is the Sales & Biohazard Department Manager. The company is a member of NCCA, Trustmark, BESA, and BESCA, and offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

It provides domestic, commercial, and trauma & specialist cleaning services. The domestic service area includes North Somerset (Portishead, Nailsea, Clevedon, Weston Super Mare), Bristol, Cardiff, Newport, Bath, Bridgwater, and Gloucester, within 1 hour of Bristol. The commercial service area is within 2 hours of Bristol. The biohazard service area covers England, Scotland, and Wales with a nationwide service.

Apex Specialist Cleaning (Bristol) has built a following in Bishopston through carpet and upholstery work that customers describe as genuinely transformative. Sofas and rugs subjected to years of wear from children and pets are reported to emerge refreshed, while a flat's grubby carpets were left clean-smelling and a kitchen and bathroom floor restored to a like-new condition. Nick is the name that recurs most often, praised for punctuality, an easy manner and a thorough approach. Several reviewers highlight his success with stubborn marks, among them a cosmetic product stain that an earlier attempt had worsened and an overnight spillage on stairs, both removed completely after he accommodated the work at short notice.

Kate is noted for a prompt and professional response to a quotation request. Clear communication features strongly, with explanations of how marks had arisen and what results to expect, alongside careful assessment before work begins. Clinical training rooms, stairs, landings and entire flats all appear among the completed jobs, and more than one client has already booked repeat visits. Thorough cleaning, honest advice and visibly revived floors and furnishings run through the feedback.
