Carpet and hard floor cleaning undertaken by Aura Floor Care in Bristol draws consistent praise from customers for the results achieved on carpets that had seemed beyond saving. Paul and Kerry are named repeatedly, with customers highlighting their professionalism and the care they take over both the cleaning and the drying process. Several reviewers describe carpets that were grubby, stained or heavily soiled coming up looking as good as new, including stubborn marks that had been given up on.

Landlords and letting agents mention using the service at the end of tenancy agreements, noting that carpets come up well and smell fresh each time. Something that features in review after review is the clear quotation and communication beforehand; customers describe being told what to expect and finding the team prompt and hardworking on the day.

Flexibility is another recurring theme, with short-notice bookings accommodated and one customer recalling the team working around a moving schedule without fuss. Stairs, landings, rugs and communal hallways feature alongside fitted carpets, and marble and tile work fall within the same remit. Patience and reliability are mentioned in relation to jobs where access was delayed for months. The transformation of worn flooring that owners had considered replacing, saving it for further years of use, is a result customers return to.
