Eco Steam Clean Liverpool Ltd is based in Liverpool and has been operating since 1996. The company is led by Will, who has 30 years of carpet cleaning experience, and holds full Level 3 BICS certification. It uses a truck mount system for carpet cleaning and mobile machines for apartments and flats, along with a TM4 agitation machine with both systems. Services include free stain removal, free dust mite elimination, and free dye transfer removal for sofas and carpets, all covered by a 100% money back guarantee. It also offers diamond floor sealing, full leather strip and seal, on-site and off-site rug cleaning, and commercial cleaning for carpets, hard floors, and mattresses.

Liverpool customers frequently praise Gleamers Carpet Cleaning for the standard of its carpet and upholstery work, with named technician Jordan and his colleague Yordan recurring throughout the feedback. Several reviewers describe both men as punctual, arriving exactly when arranged or even earlier, and getting straight down to the job without fuss.

The results themselves are a consistent theme: carpets described as looking brand new, stains lifted, sofas revived and lingering pet odours from previous tenants completely eliminated, with one customer noting the carpet had changed colour entirely after cleaning. Reviews regularly refer to the freshness left behind, saying rooms and houses smelled lovely once the work was finished. Speed is another common point, with living room carpets and stairs completed in around an hour.

Tidiness matters too, as customers note that no mess was left behind and that they were invited to inspect the finished work and confirm it met their expectations. Communication is described as straightforward, whether booking or checking the result, and the pricing is called reasonable and fair, with one person describing the clean as a bargain. Friendliness runs through the accounts, with Jordan and Yordan both described as polite, kind and professional, and repeat business is common among those commenting.
