Fresh ‘n Clean Services Ltd

Had the most fabulous clean by Elise and Abby. Having never used this service before, I had seen the good reviews and thought I'd give them a try. They were so polite and professional, and their work was to excellent high standards. Couldn't be happier, and will definitely look to book again with these two in the future

DBS checked are not carried out, staff members are made to lie when arriving at nursery’s, cloths being used on toilets and re washed to be used on other surfaces, keys being misplaced under bins, clients arguments posted in group chats, employee info leaked and in one case has been reported to the police due to the seriousness of it! Citizens advice have sent all evidence and there is mounds of it which fresh and clean dont realise there is to trading standards and ofsted. The company WILL be hearing from trading standards and then ico and the very minimum. Mountains and mountains of evidence which may I add tried to be deleted and covered up Non pet friendly products being used in homes, no cosh training given only a shadow shift! The owner has also threatened with solicitors but unfortunately this is a lie as the owner knows the evidence against her would have them shut down but unfortunately citizens advice have already passed this info to trading standards and multiple other organisations who are currently as we speak investigating the serious evidence (not accusations if there is evidence proving accusation) Do not use this company!!

We had an excellent experience with Kimberley from Fresh 'n Clean Services. We were moving out and needed our house cleaned ahead of new tenants moving in. Within a short timeframe, Kimberley arranged a visit around our schedule to give us an accurate quote for the time and cost. She was extremely polite, friendly and professional during the visit and throughout the booking process, in-person and by email. Even though we had moved out by the time of the clean, she happily worked with our estate agent to ensure things went ahead without a hitch. The pricing is very fair indeed, with no confusing charges on the basis of the 'style' of clean -- rather it is calculated by their hourly rate, which makes it very straightforward and accessible. I would certainly recommend Fresh 'n Clean to anyone; excellent communication, great team, and very accommodating! Thank you so much, Kimberley, for taking away the extra stress during a busy period :)

Professional and friendly - offer a great reliable service. Would definitely recommend all of Kim's team.

Had an 8am clean today, house looked & smelt so good. Two lovely ladies that worked their socks off, in this heat! Can’t believe what they’ve achieved in the two hours. Another top job. Thanks again

Really efficient and professional clean. The team spruced up my downstairs and the bathroom in no time and left everywhere looking lovely. So happy I’m booking a regular set

The two ladies who came to clean my house were very nice and helpful. They did a good job and I was satisfied. Thank you.
