Rug Cleaning & Rug Repair Ipswich - Suffolk & Essex Rug Care

Excellent all round service and great communication. Our very old rugs are looking like new again, thanks.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient service. The rug came up very well with most of stains completely gone. Looked so much better. Would recommend.

A fantastic level of service. Restored our filthy silk rugs to virtually new condition. Can’t recommend these guys too much.

Really poor service and communication. I paid £100 for my rug to be cleaned and it honestly felt like nothing had been done to it. Really disappointed. Jordan hasn’t responded to my comms and overall, I just feel scammed that I gave him £100. What a waste of money. Stay away!

A very good efficient service. Jordan collected my large very grubby rug and returned it to me cleaned and wrapped to store until I wanted to put it back in my room. After the summer I have just relaid it and I'm really please with how it has been revived. I had it Scotch Guard treated so will judge how effectively it works in due course. Can highly recommend this company. Victoria Lindus.

Would highly recommend Jordan! Communication was 5*, price competitive and service exceptional. My sheepskin rug that had been in the family for donkeys years and never had a clean has come back well cared for and with a new lease of life. Thank you Jordan!

Excellent service from Jordan. Responds quickly and my rug looks like new! I’ve used the service three times over the years and consistently happy with everything. Highly recommend!
