Carpet Cleaning & Carpet Repair- Ipswich - UK Carpet Care LTD

Before booking, I sent photos of the stains and was told that they should be treatable and could be brought back to a really good condition. Unfortunately, the stains ultimately weren't removed. Once it became apparent that they could not be removed, I asked for the work and time spent to be minimised, as I had explained that we would replace the carpet if the stains could not be dealt with. The company offered only a £25 reduction on the £150 + VAT quoted cost. I tried to negotiate a more proportionate resolution, particularly because the expectation of a really good result had influenced my decision to make the booking. Unfortunately, they ultimately insisted on the remaining balance and did not seem interested in reaching an amicable settlement. I was disappointed with both the result and the way the matter was handled afterwards.

Would highly recommend this carpet cleaning company. Excellent communication from start to finish. Clear and transparent fees. Prompt arrival on the day. Polite, friendly and respectful. Excellent! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service all round. We had a stain which had been cleaned by other companies and had not gone. The stain has now gone which is brilliant. The whole carpet looks amazing especially as it is ten years old. Very pleased with company and would recommend them.

We are really, really pleased with the carpet cleaning. Jordan was very punctual, very professional, friendly and respectful of us and our home. Worked really hard and left everything tidy when finished. Many thanks.

Giovanni has been to the house several times and I am delighted with what he does. Highly recommended. Most recent visit was to deal with puppy stains. Good job done.

Excellent service from start to finish. From the moment I got in touch, the communication was efficient, friendly, and incredibly quick. They came out to provide a quote within just a couple of days, and the work was completed only a few days later, which I was really impressed with. Rob and Giovanni were professional, approachable, and did a fantastic job. Our carpets weren’t just a standard clean as we have pets, so they needed some extra attention, but the results have exceeded our expectations. I’m so pleased with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, especially if you have more specific or challenging cleaning requirements.

Excellent service from start to finish. He carried out a fantastic repair on our carpet, and the damaged area is now virtually impossible to spot. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew his trade. He also took the time to explain the best way to clean and maintain the carpet afterwards, which was really helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing carpet repairs. Thank you for a great job!
