We recently had the pleasure of having Oliver from Flora Carpet Cleaners come over to clean our living room carpet that had few stains from the kids that we couldn't get rid of on our own. Not only is he really friendly but from the moment he arrived, his professionalism and attention to detail were evident. He was punctual, courteous, and took the time to explain the cleaning process to us. He steam cleaned the carpet and was able to remove the stains and now our carpet has a new a lease of life. His service was excellent, efficient and a great price. I highly recommend Oliver to anyone in need of a professional carpet cleaning service. Thank you Oliver, for rejuvenating our living room carpet and making it a clean, pleasant space for our family again!

Following last week's review I was devastated to find a leaking biro had found its way via my cat on two almost new bedroom carpets.I called Oliver who not only cleaned the two older very stained bedroom carpets but also removed every trace of the ink from the two new carpets. I can't recommend this man highly enough not only is he professional, but also a thoroughly nice guy. Thank you again Oliver

Fantastic service! From start to finish, Oliver was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, telling us how he recommended tackling the areas we wanted cleaning. This was particularly welcome given the age of a armchair (an heirloom) and his gentle approach with it (no harsh chemicals, etc.). We had a long pile rug, a carpet and the chain cleaned, and it was spotless at the end. Very reasonable price, too, and excellent availability and responsiveness from Oliver. I'd have have no hesitation in recommending Flora Carpet Cleaners.
