Bright Facilities Office Cleaning London

Bright Facilities was founded in 2014 by Gabriel Franco and is a family founded business. It has over 10 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry. The company serves London and surrounding boroughs. Its cleaning operatives are trained and vetted, and staff are fully uniformed. Bright Facilities uses eco-friendly cleaning products and is a London living wage employer.

It is COSHH compliant and provides regular audits and monthly reports. The company uses tech led and digital solutions. It offers office cleaning, retail cleaning, industrial cleaning, and business cleaning solutions. Services include window cleaning, after build cleaning, daytime janitors, carpet cleaning, and facilities management.

Punctuality and reliability emerge as the defining themes across feedback for this London-based operation, with reviewers consistently noting that teams arrive when promised and work through to a thorough finish. Commercial clients describe offices left spotless, including high-touch areas, carpets and floors, while domestic customers report end of tenancy cleans handled with care and flexibility for last-minute changes and specific instructions. Warm, rapid communication before and after jobs comes up often, as does the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

Adriana and Jose are named for keeping standards consistent and for going the extra mile, and the wider crew is repeatedly described as accommodating and attentive to detail. Cleaning work covers carpet and upholstery care, window cleaning and general commercial and domestic cleaning, with several reviewers mentioning that surfaces were left looking fresh and immaculate. A recurring point is the ease of the process: instructions are followed, nothing needs chasing, and the same standard is maintained visit after visit. Customers also note that they have passed the company on to colleagues and associates with comparable results, and that the smooth running of the service has made it a fixture of their premises.
