highly recommend to check their reviews on trustpilot. booked a cleaning with them before moving into a new flat, the crew showed up and refused to do the job, we shared all the details in advance, how many levels, post renovation etc. when i literally doubled the price to pay for the job, lady on the phone said “i just work here and there’s nothing i can do, not my company” now we have urgently look for another cleaning company the day before the move

Having moved six times over the last decade or so, I must say, this is the smoothest experience I’ve ever had. The gents are lovely, respectful, professional very efficient and look after the belongings. What else can you want in life when you are being told at the start ‘sit back and relax, we will take care of everything.’ Huge thank you!!
Robert and Zeb are the best. Used them the last time I moved apartment and they didn't disappoint. This time around they have done a brilliant job again. They exceeded my expectations and the whole move was very swift and thorough. I recommend them anytime.
Unfortunately not the high standards I expected, the only good thing they arrived on time but the level of cleaning was very basic. The main issue was that the floor in the living room hasn’t been cleaned/mopped at all, I took photos and sent to them, they said couldn’t remove it as they not going to scratch the floor. Worst answer I could ever imagined to hear, no resolution offered at all, awful customer service! I had to mop myself and everything came off the floor, the water was completely dirty. Mistakenly I’ve paid £325 in advance before checking.
Fantastic experience - did a great job with helping us move. The team were super careful with all our stuff, they disassembled and reassembled all the big furniture and everything was done professionally. Would highly recommend!!
