We had the ALS team out today to remove marks we had on a headboard from cleaning it with the wrong products. They were on time & when they arrived, gave us lots of information about how this happened with the product we used and how to avoid in future. The service was really quick and the stains are gone! It was an affordable service too as a call out to the house. Thank you so much& will definitely recommended!!
Fantastic service today from Ryan and team they were able to get to our house within 48 hours of one of our kids being sick from a bright red slush over a light grey carpet. Ryan explained clearly from the outset the process, asked for photos of the impacted areas and to check carpet type. Job was completed really well very clearly explained before during and after and done well within our allocated time slot. Could not recommend enough and will def be using again for future carpet cleans.
Had the team out this morning to sort our rug and carpets in the living room, stairs and landing and bedroom. The boys explained everything extremely in-depth before starting and gave us information about what cleaning products will damage the carpets. Our carpets were covered with pet urine and stains. The boys showed us a half and half of our rug during the cleaning process and we were shocked at the colour difference! They were extremely professional during their visit and clearly very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
