Households dealing with spills, soot, water stains and heavily soiled upholstery in Glasgow recur throughout the feedback for this carpet and upholstery cleaning specialist. Customers in several reviews describe carpets and rugs that had been written off, including a large rug marked by chimney soot and a sisal carpet carrying a stubborn water stain, being returned to a vibrant, bright condition.

Sofas receive particular attention, with reviewers repeatedly mentioning velvet and light-coloured fabrics brought back to their original shade and texture after being black with dirt and grease. Itay is named often, and the comments about him consistently highlight punctuality, professionalism and clear communication from the first exchange through to completion. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the speed of response, whether for a paint spill or a late booking, with work carried out quickly and efficiently using industrial equipment.

Customers value being told honestly what can and cannot be shifted, and the fresh smell left behind on sofas and carpets is noted more than once. Tidiness and care around the home also feature, with belongings left as they were found. Repeat bookings for annual carpet cleaning and rug restoration appear in the accounts, underlining the confidence customers place in the results.
