Treated myself to oven clean before Christmas but the technician scratched the inner glass so badly that it now needs replacing. To add insult to injury did not a great job at cleaning the oven. I have contacted the company who said they would replace the glass but after giving them the oven glass details there is no reply. **** Update. The owner of the company has come and replaced the glass and refunded part of the cleaning bill. I am really impressed that the matter was dealt with so professionally. As this is the second time using this company( first no problem) hopefully it was just an accident.
