I booked a deep clean and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Several areas required prompting during the service, including doors, the bathroom floor, and skirting boards, which were initially overlooked. I also noticed that one of my cleaning products was taken at the end of the visit. Given the £350 cost, I had anticipated a more thorough and attentive service.

Not satisfied at all. The cleaners didn’t seem trained or experienced. The bathroom sink and shower still had marks, and the carpets weren’t vacuumed thoroughly. I had to spend extra time cleaning again myself. I wouldn’t recommend this service.
