Oven Genie : South Leicester & North Northamptonshire

Oven Genie is a veteran-owned business operating in South Leicester and North Northamptonshire. It is DBS checked and certificated. The company uses environmentally friendly, non-toxic and fume-free cleaning solutions. Its services cover the cleaning of ovens, AGA ovens, hobs, ranges and extractors.

Oven cleaning undertaken across Leicester and the surrounding area covers single and double ovens, hobs, grills, microwaves and extractor filters, with the results described by customers as barely recognisable compared with the condition the appliances were in beforehand. Steve, named in review after review, is commended for punctuality and for working steadily until every surface is spotless, and the transformation of heavily soiled interiors is the theme that surfaces most frequently. Reviewers frequently point to the clarity with which price and availability are discussed before a visit, and the same tone continues afterwards, with queries answered without fuss.

Tidiness during and after the work earns consistent praise, and customers note a friendly, professional manner and occasional conversation alongside the job itself. Extra touches are singled out, among them replacing an oven light and clearing extractor fan filters, which reviewers present as evidence of close attention to detail. Pricing is characterised as reasonable and fair for the standard achieved, and the finish on double ovens, hobs and grills is described as gleaming, with appliances returned to a condition that several customers liken to new.
