Perfect&Shine Solutions

Perfect & Shine Limited, trading as Perfect&Shine Solutions, is a cleaning company founded in 2007. The business has over 18 years of experience and is described as a family business. It is ISO 9001 certified and COSHH compliant. Staff are DBS checked, and the company holds £5M insurance cover. Eco-friendly green products are used. The service area includes Plymouth, Exeter, Devon, and Cornwall. Residential and commercial cleaning services are provided.

Church cleaning, end of tenancy clearances, one-off deep cleans and regular weekly or fortnightly visits to homes in Plymouth recur throughout the feedback, with a number of clients beginning on a thorough first clean before moving to a standing arrangement. Punctuality and reliability are mentioned time and again, and one instance is described in which a last-minute job was accepted at short notice while the schedule was already full. The team's habit of arriving with its own equipment and products is a point that comes up often, as is its willingness to work around the times a building is occupied.

Results are described as spotless across kitchens, bathrooms and carpets, with corners and small details attended to, and one account mentions a makeup stand being cleaned and reorganised. Clear communication before and after the work is noted, alongside a friendly and professional manner, and customers describe the service as trustworthy and accommodating when plans change. Both single clearance jobs and ongoing housework are handled with the same consistency, leaving clients pleased with the outcome and returning for regular appointments.
