No opportunity to review the quality of his work. However I booked a day off for a clean (planned weeks before). Jon was running over 2 hours late - estimated arrival 11:30 to 12:30. Then a text saying 13:00. By 13:30 still no show. Awful customer service, don't bother unless you are a doormat. I had other things to do.
