A very good service provided. Very diligent work. This isn't meant to sound like a cliche but, our oven and hob really do look brand new. Should have contacted JMO months ago! Very impressed, thank you.
No opportunity to review the quality of his work. However I booked a day off for a clean (planned weeks before). Jon was running over 2 hours late - estimated arrival 11:30 to 12:30. Then a text saying 13:00. By 13:30 still no show. Awful customer service, don't bother unless you are a doormat. I had other things to do.
