A fantastic and thorough service. Plamen came to our home prior to undertaking the carpet clean to assess the carpets, provide advice, guidance and a quote. Our carpets have now been cleaned and I can honestly say we’re delighted. It’s like we’ve new carpets. Would 100% recommend Diamond Home Support.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I had all my carpets cleaned. They had not been professionally cleaned for 12 years. The result was outstanding. Stains removed easily with the correct fluid, which is where the specialist knowledge is essential. I thought I was going to have to replace many of the carpets. After this service, I am happy to retain them. Highly recommended.

We contacted Diamond Home Support to arrange a regular cleaning service for an elderly family member. Plamen was happy to come to the property to meet us and explain everything which was reassuring for our relative. Communication is great and Plamen is always quick to reply. A suitable cleaner was arranged who went above and beyond. Sadly, she moved away but another cleaner was found who has also been great. Excellent service.
