We had our Rangemaster oven professionally cleaned yesterday by Alison, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Alison was friendly, approachable and really knowledgeable. She clearly knew her way around a Rangemaster and took the time to explain a few useful cleaning and maintenance tips, which was an added bonus. She worked incredibly hard and was very thorough throughout the clean – the oven genuinely looks transformed. What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She even noticed that one of the elements was loose and tightened it for us, which she certainly didn't have to do. It was clear that she takes pride in her work and wants to leave customers with the best possible result. I was also delighted to be able to book the service at short notice, which was a huge help as we've recently moved house. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. A fantastic job by Alison – professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and genuinely lovely to have in the house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
Outstanding service from Neil - efficient, friendly, quick and super-clean. Would not hesitate to recommend!
Neil from Ovenu did a fantastic job on our oven, fan hood and hob. It looks like new!
11/10. Oven was really horrendous. New property with previous owner not taking any care for oven. Main issue was the roof where heating element is. Neil came over and cleaned from 07:30-10:30am single oven and microwave grill above it. Before and after photos speak for themselves! Will use again and recommend to friends!
Neil from Ovenu Cambridge did a fantastic job cleaning our oven, hob and extractor. Can’t believe how clean he had mated to get it! It genuinely looks brand new!
Alison from OvenU did a fantastic job — my cooker is absolutely sparkling! She was punctual, professional, and treated my home with great care and respect. Everything was left spotless, and she clearly takes pride in her work. Highly recommended!
Fantastic service. Both aga and oven look better than new. Thank you Ken Annie in Great Shelford
