AKTE Cleaning (Cambridge)

Ayshe and her team now have been cleaning for me for over 6 months. They are efficient, friendly, reliable and flexible. What more could you want from a cleaning company?

Ayshe and her team are fantastic! They are friendly, polite and take great pride in their work. The house always feels much nicer after they have been. Highly recommended!

Ayshe and her team were absolutely amazing, they did a wonderful job in my house and I hardly recognised it when I got home. I would definitely use them again and their rates are so reasonable. I would like to highlight what an amazing job they did in particular on the floors and in the bathrooms! This is for a rental and the last tenants didn't get it well cleaned when they left, so it really needed it, and I was super impressed with what they did in the time they were there! Thank you Teka Cleaning and Ayshe!

Ayshe and her team did a stellar job at cleaning the property to the highest standard in preparation for an End of Tenancy review. There was excellent communication throughout the whole process, from booking to payment to the provision of the cleaning service. Teka Cleaning made a normally stressful process very easy and smooth, and delivered to the highest standard. Excellent service from an excellent team! Highly recommended!

We used Teka for more than a year and we are really happy with the service. Always on time and peace of mind knowing that their cleaners are trustworthy. The cleaning is always done to a high standard. Ayshe is very kind - always finds a way to accommodate our needs and continuously doing her best to provide an excellent service. I recommend them.

I was really impressed by Teka’s work. It was also very easy to make a booking on their website—everything is set out very clearly. On the morning of the clean I was first of all visited by a member of the team, who made sure that we were in agreement with what needed to be done. The work was then carried out to a very high standard. I was impressed, and I’m sure my landlady will be also! My thanks to Aisha and her team for their attention to detail, their knowledge and expertise. I would definitely use them again.

Most reviews comment on the best elements of the service they've received. This review is a little different, it highlights only what Teka Services doesn't do. They don't cancel their appointments, or arrive late. They don't leave some of the job undone, or poorly done. They don't irritate the residents, or expose them to covid risks. They don't send late or incorrect invoices. They don't contact me unnecessarily. This company will appeal to customers who already have enough friends. They don't want to manage their cleaners. They just want it to happen, while they get on with other things. They want the job done on time, to the highest standard, each and every time. No exceptions. Aysha, our client manager knows this, and she's also always available. I think. But then I haven't needed to contact her. Teka Services supports us with our HMO property business in Cambridge.
