I paid £325 for an end-of-tenancy clean of a small 1-bedroom house. They were booked for 7am-4pm but arrived late (after I'd woken up early for them). Upon arrival they said the carpet was in worse condition than expected so they'd focus on that - otherwise they'd need to adjust the price. I'd already paid for a full EOT clean, so they proceeded anyway. In hindsight, that was them warning me they weren't going to do everything properly. They arrived at 8:30am and left by 2pm, when they were contracted for 7am-4pm. Several areas were left completely untouched. What they did clean was done to a good standard, but with key areas missed, it wouldn't have passed an EOT inspection - not even close. If they'd actually finished or at least worked the full hours I paid for, I wouldn't be writing this review. For £325, I expected the full service I paid for. Edit in response to the owner: This is definitely the correct company - I have your texts confirming the booking and paid £325 in cash. I'm happy to discuss privately if needed, but this review reflects my genuine experience.

Absolutely top-notch service! The quality of cleaning was amazing - so good I couldn’t resist taking a bathroom selfie right after! Their customer service was also fantastic; they handled my last-minute rescheduling with ease. I really appreciate their unlimited grace period for callbacks too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for professional, reliable cleaning!

Super friendly and did a fantastic job. Managed to get the horrible limescale out of my bathroom I’ve been trying to get rid of for years! Left the place clean and tidy and even gave me some good cleaning tips for the future. Would happily use this company again

I have used ETCC for the second time now and I am as equally pleased with their service. Quick responses for request for quotes. Arrived on time on the day. Post cleaning, I was there when they were doing last checks on the property, incredibly thorough. They were super nice and courteous as well! They also offer to stay in contact after the cleaning and repair anything that the landlord is not happy with free of charge. 10/10 service and would highly recommend!

Great service from start to finish. Booked an end of tenancy clean at very short notice (5 days) and was very impressed with the service. The cleaners were early on the day and did a fantastic job. The place looked better than when we moved in! The deposit back guarantee was explained and we were told they would return as many times as needed and it was all included in the very reasonable price. No guarantee was needed as 100% of our deposit is to be returned which we are extremely happy about after 5 and a half years of living there. I would highly recommend using this service!
