Avoid. Booked my carpets to be cleaned. The contractor turned up an hour late after me calling to find out where they were. A huge cleaning machine gets dragged through my door then leaks water all over my floorboards while the guy is upstairs oblivious. He proceeds to use a small towel to clean water up and then hung dripping towel over my radiator so water just dripped back onto floor. Had to give him the mop and warned him this would damage my floor if not dried properly. A professional would have known this! The guy then sat outside my place waiting for me to finish a work call so I would pay. Very intimidating and all while I was concerned of the water damage to my floorboards. Not to mention my soggy carpets. Unfortunately I paid the guy so he would leave but within hours my floorboards swelled in places from the water spill. See pics. Called the company to speak with owner and after weeks of chasing and asking for them to inspect the damage and sort repairs they went silent. Loads of false promises and deflection. The company has a partial address on WhatsApp and my letter of liability that was posted to the registered address on Companies house was returned. Even though the owner said this was the correct business address! Still to this day no resolve and my floorboards needed replacing.

Had a last-minute carpet cleaning. Quick response and profesional work. Ricky was punctual and hardworking. Despite disagreements about the size of the flat and therefore a larger quote, the job had great results. Would like to see more transparency in the pricing and/or measurements. But overall would recommend!

Riki did a fantastic job today at my home ! All heavy stains and main traffic areas looked good as new! I highly recommend his services and would most definitely use him again.

Wonderful experience and finished job!! Was planning on taking our sofa to the tip after a year of stains from baby/dog dirt BUT now our sofa looks fresh and brand new again!! Would definitely recommend! Felt for the guy cleaning in this UK heatwave but perfect t timing as the sofa cushions dried so quickly ☀️ THANKS MR DEEP CLEAN 🧼
