First of all, I decided to use this company because they were much cheaper than other companies, plus I was able to get next day appointment. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, excellent communication and impeccable time-keeping - especially Jouseph, the gentleman who undertook the work of cleaning the carpet. He was polite, focused, and exercised care and due diligence with my precious rug. They have a customer for life!

We called and asked for a clean of two bedrooms and one rug ideally in the next 48hrs, Joseph came round the next morning and thoroughly cleaned all three within 2hrs. Joseph was super friendly throughout, explained the process and what chemicals were used. All three areas came up fantastic. Excellent service and speed, highly recommend.
